Start your journey by reaching out to us! Whether you prefer a phone call, email, or using the request form on our website, our team is ready to assist you.
We’ll collect essential details about your organization, what you do, and your certification needs. This is the first step toward building a strong, trusting relationship with QACA.

Once we understand your needs, we’ll craft a personalized proposal. This proposal will include a breakdown of the certification process, detailed costs, and a clear timeline for the first 3-year certification period.
We value efficiency, and you can expect to receive your proposal within 24 hours, helping you make an informed decision without unnecessary delays.

When you’re happy with the proposal, simply accept it, and we’ll initiate the next steps.
You’ll receive clear instructions on the entire certification process. From there, our friendly team will guide you through each stage, answering any questions along the way. Rest assured, we’re just a phone call or email away to provide assistance.

The Stage 1 Audit is a preparatory audit designed to assess your organization’s readiness for the Certification Audit (Stage 2).
There’s no "pass" or "fail" in Stage 1; the goal is to identify areas where improvement is needed before moving forward. You’ll receive a comprehensive Audit Report with actionable feedback and recommendations.
We typically conduct this audit quickly, often within days of your application, but you can take the time you need to address any findings before progressing.

The Stage 2 Audit is the critical Certification Audit. During this stage, our expert auditors will assess your organization’s processes, documentation, and overall system compliance with ISO standards.
Our auditors will ask detailed questions, review documents, and may conduct interviews with your management and staff. The audit will also involve site visits (if applicable).
Remember, the goal is to gather evidence of conformity, not to identify faults. We’ll help guide you through the process, ensuring that everything is aligned with the standards.

After successfully completing the Stage 2 Audit and addressing any identified issues, QACA will issue your ISO Certificate.
You’ll receive your Certificate of Registration, officially recognizing your achievement. Additionally, your details will be listed on the relevant certification registers, including JASANZ and IAF Search, making it easy for stakeholders to verify your ISO certification.

ISO certification is valid for three years, but the journey doesn’t stop there. QACA will conduct annual Surveillance Audits to ensure that your organization continues to meet ISO standards. These audits are shorter than the Stage 2 Audit but are crucial for maintaining certification.
At the end of the three-year period, a Re-Certification Audit will be conducted to ensure continued compliance. Once successfully completed, a new certification will be issued, renewing your ISO status for the next three years.

At QACA, we’re committed to providing you with clear guidance and support throughout your entire ISO certification journey. From the initial inquiry to ongoing support after certification, we are with you every step of the way, helping your organization maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.
